We understand that with social distancing and shelter in place guidelines, virtual meetings using applications, such as ZOOM, have become an integral part of your business.
To that end, we wanted to provide some guidance about the use of Zoom in your business.
Security Requirements:
All Zoom meetings should have the security requirements, as described in the Boston FBI article below:

Zoom Client Meetings:
Agents can conduct client Meetings using Zoom, however please note the following guidelines:
Do not record the meeting
Do not share any PII or client documents on the screen
Forward client statements or documents to the client through a secure portal or secure email if you wish to discuss them with the client
If or when you make recommendations to the client, you should recap the meeting in an email to him/her
